About Good2Go MMA
Our Mission
Our mission is to offer top-tier training programs that will equip our members with confidence in being able to physically protect themselves and loved ones. We encourage a safe environment and maintain a high level of cleanliness for our facility. We offer a supportive environment for competition teams to develop. We believe in hard work, integrity, and transparency for the positive growth of our members, their families and the sports we compete in.
Our History
Good2Go MMA has been dedicated to serving the martial arts and combat sport enthusiast community in the Shenandoah Valley since 2016. We started as a small group offering striking programs to local clubs and opened our own doors at 100 Founders Way in July of 2020. We offer a full range of grappling, striking and kids programs for all ages! We're located right across from Nino's Pizzarama and above Anytime Fitness. Come be our guest for a week of training to see if we're the right fit for you!
